OUR CORE CAPABILITIES
Engineered for Performance

Electric Hydraulic Fracturing (E-Frac) Fleet
Amped's core service is a pure-play electric hydraulic fracturing operation. Their fleet is purpose-built around a compact, AC-motor drivetrain using a Twin-Disc 7601 transmission, WEG 3,000 HP motors, and Cat/SPM pump packages. The design eliminates Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), reducing complexity and improving reliability. The fleet produces zero on-site emissions, operates quietly, and delivers lower operating costs compared to diesel-powered fleets.

Electric Frac Pump Trailers (3,000 HHP)
Amped deploys 3,000+ HHP Electric Frac Pump Trailers — their Gen III design integrates the Twin-Disc 7601 transmission with a 3,000 HP WEG AC motor and a proven Cat/SPM fluid end/power end combo. The trailer runs on 13.8 kV direct-plug power (no transformer needed), fits a smaller footprint (48' trailer at 95K lbs), and uses SloFlo™ pony motor technology for safe pressure testing and screen-out remediation.

2000
KVA Switchgear
Amped provides a 2,000 KVA switchgear system engineered by Phoenix Grid, featuring a common-bus architecture with 22 input/output ports at 13.8 kV. It includes advanced control logic for real-time load balancing, automated load shedding, arc light protection, and fault prevention — ensuring stable power distribution across the entire fleet.

High-Rate Blender (220 BPM)
Amped deploys a diesel-powered high-rate blender capable of 150–220 BPM discharge. It serves as an operational safeguard — in case of power loss, it allows safe well flushing. The system includes robust, configurable chemical pumps capable of handling high-viscosity additives and specialty chemicals with precise metering, supporting a wide range of fluid chemistries.

Data Van / Technology Command Center
Amped's Data Van acts as the real-time command center for the entire frac fleet. It features AI-driven analytics for performance optimization, next-generation data acquisition, and high-speed Starlink satellite connectivity for uninterrupted fleet control. Experienced operators manage power, pumping, and chemical operations simultaneously from this hub.

HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Program
Amped's HSE program is a core operational service component, built on ISO standards (ISO-45001, ISO-14001, ISO-9001). Key features include arc light protection on switchgear, automated ePRV bleed-off systems, Red Zone automation, AFEX fire suppression, medium voltage training certification for all field personnel, behavior-based safety programs, and app-based competency tracking via the Intelex platform.

Leading-Edge Technology & Smart Monitoring
Amped provides cloud-based data and analytics as part of their fleet service offering — including real-time client dashboards for fleet performance visibility, vibration sensors on power ends and fluid ends, redundant monoline systems for pad-to-pad leap-frog transitions, and high-pressure hose systems to minimize iron failure and leak points.

PowerGen — Electricity Solutions
Amped offers dedicated power generation solutions to support their e-frac fleets, including:
-
Natural Gas Turbines (GE LM2500 engines): 5.6 MW, 16.5 MW, or 32+ MW at 13.8 kV; deployable in under 12 hours; capable of running on field gas, CNG, or LNG.
-
Gas Reciprocating Engines: 2.5 MW per unit; lowest emission profile; runs on CNG, LNG, or field gas.
Amped offers both turbine and reciprocating options based on operator preference and site requirements.
